Rabaterapia's Step class is all you need to turn your cardio into something really fun! Just move up and down to the rhythm of a playlist that has everything from brega funk to rock and that international pop that everyone loves!
The idea is to move your body, sweat without even realizing it, and leave with the feeling that your workout flew by. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced stepper, the space is all yours to enjoy and challenge yourself. Best of all? You'll burn calories and tone your body while you feel your energy rise and your tiredness... disappear!

ARRIVAL

WARM-UP
Here we'll be moving our bodies a lot, getting our heart rate up and burning a lot of calories!
PRACTICING
Prof. Pri will teach you the basic steps and we'll practice with slower songs to get the hang of it, and then the pace will pick up!
CHOREOGRAPHY
After learning the basic steps, Prof. Pri will teach you the choreography of the week, which can be anything from brega funk to rock or even international pop.
WRAP-UP
At the end of the class we stretch with a positive message of support and strength.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Hi guys! My name is Pri and I'm the Step Workout teacher here at Raba!
I practiced Step for over a year to learn everything and bring a light, fun and no-pressure class to Rabaterapia. I believe that everyone can enjoy and let loose in my classes, regardless of their level of experience. With me, you'll learn the basic steps at your own pace, always to the sound of a super eclectic playlist full of fun songs!

Do I need to have experience or speak Portuguese to take the classes?
Our classes are taught in English, French and Portuguese and are designed for everyone, no matter your language of fluency or experience level! The movements are taught in a light-hearted way, and you can follow along at your own pace, even if you've never taken a class before.
Is it possible to take a trial class?
Of course! You can choose to try a single class for just $12.90, or if you'd like to explore a bit more, we offer a 3-class package for $30. This is a great opportunity to try different styles and feel the energy of our classes!
How can I sign up?
