This is a super special class that focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness—all with the help of a chair! It’s a gentle, supportive practice that uses isometric exercises to work your muscles while also helping you relax both physically and mentally. Plus, it’s a welcoming space where you can socialize and express yourself freely, without judgment.
IMPORTANT: Yoga is for every body and every age! Everyone is welcome!

ARRIVAL
Our community is full of amazing people! If possible, try to arrive early to make new friends!
WARM-UP
We begin the class with gentle breathing exercises (pranayama) and stretches to calmly wake up the body, preparing it for the postures and deep relaxation.
PRACTICE
During the session, you’ll be guided through traditional Hatha Yoga postures, held for longer periods, focusing on mindful breathing, in a calm rhythm that balances body and mind.
RELAXATION
We end with a guided relaxation (savasana) followed by a brief meditation. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, carrying a message of tranquility and strength to last throughout your day.

I’ve been deeply dedicated to yoga for over 5 years, and my mission is to bring this beautiful practice into your life, especially in a safe and supportive way. With Chair Yoga, we’ll explore gentle movements that build strength, flexibility, and relaxation—all while sitting comfortably.
I’m so excited to guide you on this journey of discovery and transformation. Together, we’ll improve your body, mind, and mood, step by step, leaving you feeling refreshed and at peace!
