The practices are based on traditional postures, held for longer periods, with a focus on conscious breathing (pranayama) and body awareness. The pace is calm and accessible to all levels, allowing you to explore the balance between body and mind in a relaxing and restorative way.
IMPORTANT: It is recommended to bring a yoga mat to use during the class.
