This Slow Flow Yoga class is a gentle invitation to reconnect with your body and breath through presence and intuitive movement. The practice combines soft, mindful sequencing with moments of strength, expansion, and balance, allowing you to move at a steady and supportive pace. Each class is guided with clear cues and options for all levels, helping you listen to what your body needs, moment by moment. You’ll leave feeling both energized and calm, grounded in kindness toward yourself, and progressively stronger from the inside out.
IMPORTANT: It is recommended to bring a yoga mat and water to use during the class.

ARRIVAL

WARM-UP
We begin with gentle breathing exercises (pranayama) and stretches to gently awaken the body, preparing it for postures and deep relaxation.
PRACTICE
During practice, you’ll be guided through traditional Hatha Yoga postures, held for longer periods, focusing on mindful breathing. The calm pace promotes balance between body and mind.
RELAXATION
We finish with a guided relaxation (savasana), followed by a short meditation. You’ll leave class refreshed, with a message of peace and strength to carry through your day.

I cue with clarity and offer options so you can move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
