By participating in our classes and activities, you acknowledge these risks, which may include personal injury. Your decision to engage in these activities is made consciously and voluntarily, accepting and assuming responsibility for these risks.
2. Disclaimer: You agree to release Rabaterapia Studio de Danse Inc., as well as our instructors and staff, from any claims, demands, or lawsuits resulting from your participation in our classes or activities. This means that Rabaterapia Studio de Danse Inc. will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages you may experience.
3. Adherence to Studio Rules: Our studio thrives on respect and safety. We expect you to follow our class rules and behave in a way that ensures a positive environment for everyone. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to your removal from the class or facilities without refund.
4. Reporting Concerns: If you witness any behavior that appears inappropriate or unsafe, please report it immediately to our executive directors, Priscila Sanches and/or Guilherme Sperb Pereira.
5. Consent for Photos and Videos: By participating in our classes and activities, you allow Rabaterapia Studio de Danse Inc. to use photos and videos of our sessions, which may include you, for promotional purposes. This may be on our website, social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, or others. Please note that there will be no financial compensation for these images or videos.
6. Your Personal Responsibility: While we strive to provide a safe environment, remember that you are responsible for your own well-being and belongings during your time with us.
7. Agreement to Terms: By participating in our classes and activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding and affects your legal rights.
