WARM-UP

We start with mobility exercises and core activation to prepare your body. This phase includes stretches and gentle movements that help improve control and body awareness.

PRACTICE

During the class, you’ll be guided through a series of mat exercises focused on core strength, posture, and balance. The practice combines breathwork and muscle control so you feel each movement in an efficient and safe way.

Hi, I’m Anna, your Pilates instructor here at Rabaterapia!

With over 15 years of experience, I’ve trained in a variety of Pilates techniques that keep my classes dynamic and engaging.

I design every session to be adaptable, so whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced mover, you’ll always find the right challenge for you. My focus is on helping you achieve real results while keeping your body safe and supported.

In my classes, we work toward strength, health, and confidence: inside and out!
