This Slow Flow Yoga class is a gentle invitation to reconnect with your body and breath through presence and intuitive movement. The practice combines soft, mindful sequencing with moments of strength, expansion, and balance, allowing you to move at a steady and supportive pace. Each class is guided with clear cues and options for all levels, helping you listen to what your body needs, moment by moment. You’ll leave feeling both energized and calm, grounded in kindness toward yourself, and progressively stronger from the inside out.

IMPORTANT: It is recommended to bring a yoga mat and water to use during the class.

ARRIVÉE

ÉCHAUFFEMENT

On commence avec des exercices de respiration doux (pranayama) et des étirements pour réveiller le corps en douceur et le préparer aux postures et à la relaxation profonde.

PRATIQUE

Pendant la pratique, tu seras guidé·e à travers des postures traditionnelles de Hatha Yoga, tenues plus longtemps, avec un focus sur la respiration consciente. Le rythme calme favorise l’équilibre entre le corps et l’esprit.

RELAXATION

On termine avec une relaxation guidée (savasana), suivie d’une courte méditation. Tu repartiras du cours ressourcé·e, avec un message de paix et de force pour t’accompagner tout au long de ta journée.

My classes are a soft place to land: we return to the body through breath, presence, and intuitive movement. Together we’ll build gentle heat, create space, and practice listening closely to what the body needs, moment by moment. I cue with clarity and offer options so you can move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Expect to leave feeling energized yet calm, a little kinder to yourself, and bit by bit, stronger from the inside out. If you’re looking for a practice that prioritizes presence, balance, and strength in a slow, thoughtful flow, I’d love to see you on the mat.
