AQUECIMENTO
We start with mobility exercises and core activation to prepare your body. This phase includes stretches and gentle movements that help improve control and body awareness.
PRACTICE
During the class, you’ll be guided through a series of mat exercises focused on core strength, posture, and balance. The practice combines breathwork and muscle control so you feel each movement in an efficient and safe way.
RELAXATION
We finish with a guided stretch to release tension and restore energy. You’ll leave class feeling stronger, lighter, and aligned—ready to take on the day with more energy!

Hey everyone! My name is Karine and I’m the Pilates instructor here at Raba!
With years of experience in movement and bodywork, my mission is to help you gain strength, balance, and body awareness in a way that’s safe and accessible. Mat Pilates is an amazing tool to strengthen deep muscles, improve posture, and increase mobility — all without impact!
No matter your level, here we move at your own pace, respecting your limits and celebrating every bit of progress. My goal is for you to leave class feeling stronger, more aligned, and more confident in your body!
