A super special class that works on strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness with the help of a chair. The practice is characterized by being a light, isometric and supportive exercise that makes it possible to work the body's muscles and promote physical and mental relaxation. In addition, this class offers a welcoming and socializing space so that everyone can express themselves freely and without judgment.

Benefits of Chair Yoga

ARRIVAL

WARM-UP
We begin the class with gentle breathing exercises (pranayama) and stretches to calmly awaken the body, preparing it for the postures and deep relaxation.
PRACTICE
During the practice, you will be guided through traditional Hatha Yoga postures, held for longer periods, with a focus on conscious breathing, at a calm pace, providing balance between body and mind.
RELAXATION
We end with a guided relaxation (savasana), followed by a short meditation. You'll leave the class refreshed, with a message of tranquillity and strength to take with you throughout the day.

Hi, this is Fran, your Hatha Yoga instructor:
Fully dedicated body and soul to yoga for over 5 years, my goal is to bring yoga safely into your life beyond the mat. It will be a great pleasure to start this journey with you, with a lot of dedication we will reach your goal with yoga together.

I will guide you, step by step, in a practice that promises not only to improve your strength and flexibility, but also to offer deep and lasting peace!
