This Hatha Yoga class will help you connect deeply with yourself and the environment around you, providing a holistic experience of balance and tranquillity. The practices are based on traditional postures, held for longer periods, with a focus on conscious breathing (pranayama) and body awareness. The pace is calm and accessible to all levels, allowing you to explore the balance between body and mind in a relaxing and restorative way.
IMPORTANT: It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat to use during the class.

ARRIVAL
Our community is full of kind and incredible people! If possible, try to arrive a bit earlier to make new friends!
WARM-UP
We begin the class with gentle breathing exercises (pranayama) and stretches to calmly awaken the body, preparing it for the postures and deep relaxation.
PRACTICE
During the practice, you will be guided through traditional Hatha Yoga postures, held for longer periods, with a focus on conscious breathing, at a calm pace, providing balance between body and mind.
RELAXATION
We end with a guided relaxation (savasana), followed by a short meditation. You'll leave the class refreshed, with a message of tranquillity and strength to take with you throughout the day.

Hi, this is Fran, your Hatha Yoga instructor:
Fully dedicated body and soul to yoga for over 5 years, my goal is to bring yoga safely into your life beyond the mat. It will be a great pleasure to start this journey with you, with a lot of dedication we will reach your goal with yoga together.
My passion and mission is to transform you, whether it's your day, your mood or even your body. Join me on this journey of discovery and transformation. I will guide you, step by step, in a practice that promises not only to improve your strength and flexibility, but also to offer deep and lasting peace!
