WARM-UP

We start with mobility exercises and core activation to prepare the body. This phase includes stretches and gentle movements that help improve control and body awareness.

PRACTICE

Throughout the class, you’ll be guided through a series of floor exercises focused on core strength, posture, and balance. The practice combines breathing and muscle control, allowing you to feel each movement efficiently and safely.

RELAXATION

We finish with a guided stretch to release tension and restore your body's energy. You’ll leave the class feeling stronger, lighter, and more aligned—ready to take on the day with renewed energy!

Hi, everyone! My name is Karine, and I’m the Pilates instructor here at Raba!

With years of experience in movement and bodywork, my mission is to help you build strength, balance, and body awareness in a safe and accessible way. Mat Pilates is an incredible tool to strengthen deep muscles, improve posture, and enhance mobility—all without impact!

No matter your level, we work at your own pace, respecting your limits and celebrating every bit of progress. My goal is for you to leave class feeling stronger, more aligned, and confident in your body!
