The FLEX class (Flexibility and Stretching) is designed to unlock your body's potential by enhancing your flexibility through a carefully selected series of stretches, including both dynamic and static exercises. Dynamic stretches will help increase your blood circulation, while static stretches will help you relax your body and improve your flexibility. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
IMPORTANT: It is recommended to bring a yoga mat to use during the class!

Hey! I'm Gabi, and I'm the Flex instructor at RBTP. I have training in classical ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance, as well as certification as a Flexibility Instructor. I danced at the CrianΓ§a EsperanΓ§a event in 2010 and at the Opening Ceremony of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. After experiencing a lot of injuries in flexibility classes that didn't understand the diversity and individuality of each body, I decided to bring a more accessible and enjoyable approach to my classes. My goal is to make taking care of yourself fun, relaxing, and respectful. Being flexible is for everyone! All body types and people are more than welcome in this class π
